What Hestavant is
Hestavant is execution software. It carries signals you create - typically TradingView alerts - to Hestavant Desktop on your own computer, which passes them to the trading platform installed there. It does not provide investment advice, does not generate trading signals, does not manage money and is not a broker.
Your responsibility
- You decide which signals run, on which accounts, with which settings, and you are responsible for every order they produce.
- Trading futures, forex and CFDs carries a high risk of loss, including more than your deposit. Test on simulation accounts first.
- You are responsible for following the rules of your broker and of any prop firm, including whether automated trading is allowed.
- Keep your signal tokens private - anyone with a webhook address and token can send signals to it.
No guarantee of execution
Signals can be delayed, dropped or refused - for example if your computer, platform or internet connection is offline, if a protection you set blocks an entry, or if a third-party service fails. Hestavant does not guarantee that any signal is executed, executed at a particular price, or executed at all.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Hestavant is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, or losses caused by delays, outages, errors or the behaviour of third-party platforms, brokers or prop firms.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. Questions: support@hestavant.com.
